Director of Operations

 Director of Operations – Crystal’s professional background was in marketing until 2005 when she began to apply those same strategies to real estate.   She began her real estate career as an Assistant to a successful agent/owner of a local Keller Williams Realty 0ffice. She studied the market and quickly learned the industry’s proven practices from one of the area’s top agents. Her entrepreneurial spirit and marketing ingenuity allowed her to infuse what she learned with her creativity to launch a successful Atlanta-based Marketing Consulting & Transaction Coordination firm, Real Estate Support Services (RESS). For several years, Crystal consulted residential real estate agents in every facet of their business. RESS effectively developed innovative marketing strategies, advertising campaigns and promotional activities to expand exposure, increase brand awareness and establish effective customer relationships. 

Later, Crystal decided to bring her experience, skills and passion for unrivaled customer service straight to the consumer by being a practicing real estate agent. 

As the Director of Operations for The Gina Sharma Team, Crystal is deeply committed to supporting the growth of the organization in achieving greater and greater levels of success.  Crystal is critical in executing high-level strategies, keeping the day-to-day operations of the company running smoothly and business development.  She builds, implements and manages all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, information management, central database management, lead generation and back-office support.

Originally from San Francisco, Crystal and her daughter have lived in Metro Atlanta for 17 years and call Dunwoody home. She loves scrapbooking, traveling, hiking and all water sports.
