Gina was great right from the start. She knew the answers to all of our questions, was available throughout the entire process and even pointed out potential problems with the houses we viewed. Gina had her work cut out for her when taking us on as clients. We had several very specific needs that we couldn't waiver on and Gina keep us on point to get what we needed. She wouldn't let us settle even after we drug her around from house to house for months. She just kept saying we would find what we needed and to keep searching and stay positive. I know we were all getting worn down but she showed no signs of retreat. We were just about to throw in the towel when Gina took us to a house we breezed through without really considering and crossed it off the our list. Gina called me a few days later and pointed out the house had everything we told her we needed when we first met. She convinced us to take another look at it even though I was sure it would be a waste of time. We met at the house, went in and really took our time to look at it. She was right! The house had everything we wanted and more importantly, it had everything we needed. I can't imagine having gone through this process without Gina's help and expertise.
