Excellent experience. Gina was recommended to us by a friend and we were not disappointed. She was and is efficient and helpful. We looked at homes in a wide variety of neighborhoods in Atlanta before purchasing our current home. Searching for a home can take months and you spend a lot of time with your realtor. This was not a problem for us as Gina was always pleasant and easy to deal with. Not only was Gina knowledgeable about the home buying process, she was helpful in determining the cost of repair work in any given house, and future property value. She was always available to answer questions and was quick to return calls. Most importantly, we always felt that she was looking out for our best interests and were thus comfortable in trusting her judgement. She did not try to oversell homes, and was always open about flaws and problems we might face with houses that we liked - this was great because we went into everything with our eyes open. The best thing I can say about Gina is that she was consistently helpful even after all the documents were signed for our new house. After this point, most realtors disappear but Gina was still available to us. She recommended good contractors for repair work, and had a plethora of contacts for basic home issues such as carpeting, cleaning, pest control, etc. Being new home owners, we were inexperienced in dealing with house issues, and at one point Gina even talked me through making small repairs over the phone. The level of service we received from Gina was outstanding. We were extremely happy with our experience with her and would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a realtor in the Atlanta area. She goes out of her way for you and there is no higher praise I can give for someone working in this field.
