We purchased a rental property – our first in the ATL area – and Gina was able to show us a number of properties that were in exactly the right location(s) for us and which we could get at a reasonable price. The home needed quite a few repairs but, being new to the ATL area, we weren’t sure which contractors we could trust. Gina not only provided us with great people, she made sure the repairs were made – and well done – before closing. She also made solid recommendations on which items to repair and which we could leave as-is since it’s a rental, saving us money and time. Gina and her assistant were always very responsive, even after closing. We never had to worry about whether something was done and done well. She also gave us advice about getting a good renter. We have worked with about 8 realtors over the years. Gina is tops.
